I have nice kitchen, awesome view from the balcony, private entrance, the staff is friendly, they are always prompt in their response to maintenance requests, there is always plenty of parking, love the fitness center and pool. However, my neighbor on the first floor is a smoker and I can smell the smoke through the air vents. They replaced my furnace filter, but I still smell it, not all the time, but often. Maybe in the future you can combine smokers to live below/above smokers and vice-versa.

It's awesome. We moved in as a young couple expecting our first child and worried about living in an apartment complex that would be crowded with loud and rude individuals and crime. The Pines is so the opposite of this. The individuals who live here are well adjusted, hard-working individuals who are not going to disturb you. Most of all you feel safe in the area. I do wish they would enforce a curfew on the children because they're some individuals who do let their little hooligans roam around but they are not many. Otherwise, great place to live and you definitely don't regret paying the rent for what you get in return.

Its great ! the apartment are a nice size, has a wide open living room, the location is great close to everything. Nice neighbors! Pet friendly! Could use more lighting in the courtyards.

Very nice. Quiet, well kept. Secluded, but convenient.

I like to live here , very close to the stores and Highways . It is very quiet here .

Maintence is really quick when things break which they rarely do. Properties are nice compared to other apartment complex's in the area. They give you alot more space for your buck. Heat and A/C is electric and is affordable. Patio's could be bigger and could use updated appliances but otherwise i am satisfied.

The section where I reside Is quiet outside. One has to take in consideration that the tenants above may be a bit heavy footed so expect noise. Not all apartments are properly insulated for winter months...window seals, sliding door seals and seals around entrance doors may need replaced.

The staffs are very friendly whom provide fast and timely service. The maintenance guys cares of every indoor and outdoor fixtures. I love the layout of the unit and as well as the outdoor. The neighbors are very so friendly and I feel secure with the kids playing in the back and the cars do not speed thanks to all the speed bump in every corner. Safety is number one.

I would tell them I enjoy The Pines a lot, it''s very clean and nice. The people are all very friendly too.
